Missionaries
We support a number of missionaries and organisations that work to bring the love of God and the good news of Jesus to our world. We aim to give prayerful and financial support to a range of people working both overseas and in our own country.
Mark, Jenny, Abigail & Naomi BeckwithThe Beckwith family serve with MAF (Mission Aviation Fellowship) and are based in Mareeba (Queensland, Australia). Mark is an aircraft engineer and is part of a team that services MAF aircraft flying in Arnhem Land, Bangladesh, Papua New Guinea and Timor-Leste. Jenny works as a MAF Communications Officer.
Soldiers and Airmen's Scripture Readers Association (SASRA)SASRA does a vital work sharing the gospel with service men and women in barracks up and down the country (as well as in Germany).

Alex, Marguerite, Elizabeth & Ben McCannThe McCanns serve with Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. They work primarily with students in the city, discipling and training them in the gospel. Marguerite also works for Safe Haven, an NGO that works with local children with disabilities.
Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan's Purse)Every year, we fill around 100 shoeboxes as part of Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child programme. The shoeboxes are sent with Christian love, and usually a Christian book, to needy children across the world every Christmas.

Eva Russell SchoolEva Russell School is run by Stand By Me in the Dominican Republic. The school provides education (and much more) to needy children, and is run with a clear Christian ethos. We sponsor a class at the School. Christian Youth Outreach (CYO)
