Missionaries

We support a number of missionaries and organisations that work to bring the love of God and the good news of Jesus to our world. We aim to give prayerful and financial support to a range of people working both overseas and in our own country.

The McCanns serve with Overseas Missionary Fellowship (OMF) in Siem Reap, Cambodia. They work primarily with students in the city, discipling and training them in the gospel. Marguerite also works for Safe Haven, an NGO that works with local children with disabilities.

Operation Christmas Child (Samaritan's Purse)

Every year, we fill around 100 shoeboxes as part of Samaritan's Purse's Operation Christmas Child programme. The shoeboxes are sent with Christian love, and usually a Christian book, to needy children across the world every Christmas.

Christian Youth Outreach (CYO)

CYO is the schools work branch of Witham BB, and we have supported their primary schools workers for a number of years. They visit most of the local schools and take assemblies and RE lessons, as well as helping to run Christian Unions and lunch clubs.
