• Complete one form for each child
• Please tell us which days your child will be attending
  
• ​If your child does not attend a session you have booked, and you don't inform us beforehand, we reserve the right to offer their place on that day and subsequent days to another child. 
  

We aim to be welcoming to all, including children with disabilities and SEN requirements and we aim to enable them to access all the activities. However, if your child requires 1:1 support, we have a limited number of spaces due to staffing. Please contact us so that we can find the best possible arrangement for your child - please email timdiaper@rickstoneschurch.com. Thank you.
