Leadership
Our leadership currently consists of a full-time Pastor and four deacons, one of whom is also our Ministry Apprentice.
Rev. Adrian Diaper | Pastor
Adrian has been the Pastor here at Rickstones since June 2007, and is the main Bible teacher at the Church. He heads the Leadership team and is responsible for the spiritual oversight of the Church.
Adrian is married to Christine who works part-time teaching RE in a local primary school, and has two sons (both of whom are married), one grand-daughter and one border collie. Adrian has a great love of classical music, and in his spare time can often be found indulging his other great passion of plane-spotting at Stansted Airport.

Tim Diaper | Ministry Apprentice
Tim is training for pastoral ministry. He works part-time for the Church and spends the rest of his time studying at the London Theological Seminary. In addition, Tim preaches regularly at Rickstones and other local churches, and (along with his wife, Beth) leads The Zone and one of our Home Groups.

Mervyn Reynolds | Treasurer
